What equipment do i need?

You’ll need:

• 15–35 lbs of load

• Dumbbells or basic strength equipment

• A step or sturdy box

• Space to move safely

No specialty equipment or gym membership required.

What if i Fall behind or miss workouts?

The Blueprint is designed to be flexible.

If you miss sessions, continue where you left off and maintain progression. Consistency matters more than perfection.

If you need closer oversight, the Coach-Guided program may be a better fit.
